Fetching each a red, warm blanket, Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt put their boys to bed. Being only days old, Chris immediately snuggled into his basinet and fell fast asleep. Wyatt, on the other hand, wanted to stand up in his crib, his blue eyes never leaving the sleeping form of his brother.

“Wyatt, bedtime. You can play with Chris tomorrow,” Leo said softly as he picked up his oldest son. He lay Wyatt down in the crib and placed the blanket over him. The tiny blond just giggled as he looked up at his father.

After Chris was settled, Piper crossed the room and helped Leo tuck in Wyatt. When he was nestled into his bed, his parents pulled each other into a warm embrace. Casting one last look at their sons, they turned out the lights and left.

Wyatt cooed once he saw the soft white lights dance around the room. He reached up to try and catch them, but they passed though his fingers. Eventually, they settled into the middle of the room, taking the shape of a beautiful young woman with dark hair and blue eyes. A smile graced her lips when she saw Wyatt.

“There’s my little nephew.” Prue Halliwell floated over to his crib. “I was so worried about you, but I knew your mom and dad would protect you.”

Turning around, she saw the white basinet. “And this must be Chris.” She crossed to him and kneeled down. Wyatt responded in gibberish. Chris was still fast asleep, unaware that his Aunt Prue was watching him. “He’s so beautiful.”

She stood up in between the two baby beds and looked at Wyatt. “You’re going to look after him, aren’t you? I know you are because you’re just like your Aunt Prue.” Wyatt laughed. “Shhh, you don’t want to wake mommy and daddy. Now, lay down and go to sleep like a big boy.” Still grinning, Wyatt obeyed.

“Good night, my favorite boys. I’ll be watching you.” With that, she vanished.
